Todd Parker – Managing Partner, Property Tax Analyst
Todd Parker
has over 15 years experience in property tax analysis and services.
Mr. Parker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from
Arizona State University. Mr. Parker has successfully completed
the Arizona School of Real Estates’ Real Property Valuation
101, 102, 103, and 104 courses as well as USPAP. Mr. Parker also
earned an Arizona Real Estate Sales License. Mr. Parker is a board
member of ePropertyTax, a company he co-founded in 1994 as a means
of offering a streamlined property tax management system to large
commercial real estate corporations.

Abrams – Property Tax Analyst
Les Abrams
has over 27 years experience in property tax analysis and services.
Mr. Abrams has worked in the Maricopa County Assessor’s
office and has been a Review Appraiser for the city of Phoenix.
Mr. Abrams has successfully completed numerous International Association
of Assessing Officers (IAAO), and Arizona Department of Revenue
real property valuation courses. Mr. Abrams is a board member
of the Arizona Board of Appraisal. He is also the President of
the Arizona Association of Property Tax Analysts.
Beth
Ann Specht – Paralegal, Administrative Assistant
Beth Specht
has over 13 years experience working with attorneys and consultants
in the field of property taxation. As a paralegal and administrative
assistant for Nearhood Law Offices, PLC and Nearhood & Parker,
LLC Ms. Specht has been responsible for the case management of
property tax litigation cases as well as the management of administrative
tax appeals. Ms. Specht is a member of the Arizona Paralegal Association.
